The following case is provided to us by a very good customer who has been engaged in scientific research for decades. Our peristaltic pump is purchased by him in 2015, and I am still very honored to serve my customers. We are very honored and thank you very much for my customers.
Peristaltic pump model : BT100M/YZ1515x
The peristaltic pump was used to transfer water from a thermostatically controlled bath at 37C to the outer part of a jacketed beaker containing, in its inner component, live digestive gland tissue, a magnetic stirbar and an enzyme mixture designed to loosen the attachment between cells in the solid tissue so they could be freed from that tissue. I am a cell biologist and I study cells. BTW, the pump water does not come in contact with the cells: it is only in the outer jacket of the beaker and keeps the tissue and cells warm in the inner compartment. The magnetic stirbar (with the magnetic stirrer motor under the jacketed beaker) is to keep the contents of the beaker mixed and to properly aerate the cells to keep them alive.
This is one of my procedures to dissociate living tissue into its cells. Tissue dissociation is a very common technique in cell biology. It can allow one to study how cells work and how they interact with each other.
