During the use of the peristaltic pump, sometimes there is a situation where the water cannot be supplied. Under normal circumstances, if the peristaltic pump is running normally, the main reasons for not filling the water are as follows:
1.the hose port at the suction stroke sucks the bottom of the container or the wall of the container containing the liquid. Solution: The hose at the suction side of the peristaltic pump needs to be re-installed.
2.There is a leak in the hose at the suction end of the peristaltic pump. Solution: replace the leaking pipeline.
3. the hose at the suction end of the peristaltic pump is blocked. Solution: Clear the blockage or replace the blocked hose.
4.the use of a hose with a non-standard wall thickness causes the working part of the peristaltic pump to not be tightly pressed against the hose, resulting in air leakage from the hose. Solution: Replace with standard size hose.
5.The pressure gap of the pump head is changed, so that under normal use, the standard hose cannot be tightly pressed, causing the hose to leak. Solution: If the pump head does not have pressure adjustment, you need to replace it with a new pump head; if the pump head has a pressure adjustment function, you need to adjust the pressure adjustment knob until the hose is filled with water.
