Peristaltic pumps are widely used in the experiments of jade mouse perfusion due to their stable operation performance and simple operation.
Mice were perfused. Cardiac perfusion was performed with Chuangrui peristaltic pump, inserted into the left ventricle, and the right atrial appendage was cut open, then the flow rate was 15 ml/min with saline, and the liver was whitened and replaced with 4% paraformaldehyde. The flow rate was 1.81 ml/min.
