Application Of Peristaltic Pump For One-Step Granulator
One step granulation is also known as boiling granulation. The auxiliary materials (seeds) for granulation are placed in the fluidized room of the fluidized spray granulation equipment and the heated air is purified.
The seeds are preheated, dried and boiled, and then the pretreated liquid is transferred to the spray gun with a peristaltic pump and sprayed intermittently in a spray gun. The excipients are wetted and condensed into porous particles.
Put a certain amount of seeds into the raw material barrel, pay attention to the height of the auxiliary materials should not be less than 150 mm,
not higher than the height of the raw material container 2/3, and adjust the position of the spray gun according to the amount of auxiliary materials.
The heated liquid was passed through a sieve of 60 meshes, and then injected into the fluidized chamber by a spray gun with two channels of compressed air with a peristaltic pump. The qualified particles were gradually formed with the continuous injection of the liquid.
Spray speed is generally low according to the program, peristaltic pump speed 250 rpm-100 rpm-250 RPM per minute spray frequency,
