Question 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, which charged based on your design. We will begin the sample production after receive your payment. And we will take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample, we can send the sample to you while the freight cost is yours.
Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make payment?
Answer: For a simple design sample, it generally takes about 7-15 days to get samples made. While it will take a longer time for design, make a mold, assemble, actual test. etc.
Payment can make through T/T/ Credit Card or PayPal.
Question 4: How can I get my peristaltic pump if I place the order to you?
Answer: the pumps will ship to you by express(DHL, FedEx, etc.) If with a bulk order then it mostly ships by air or by sea.
Question 5: Can I buy the silicon tube separately?
Answer: Of course Yes. for the silicone tube, the standard package is 15 meters per roll. MOQ:5 M
